Health First Studio offers Pilates classes group and personalized, adapted to the needs of each client. Through our classes and exercises, we provide our customers with a safe and sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your best.

 From the Department of Health First Studio Pilates we strive to teach body awareness and good posture; While we carry out routine exercises with the aim of providing strength without volume, improve flexibility, agility and economy of movement.

 Also within our service, we include massages and personalized exercises to improve postural problems.
