From Health First Studio we work in an integral way to achieve a complete physical training plan for each of our clients. To do this we establish routines of specific exercises for each need in a personalized way whether this is a group class of adults or children or a particular class.

The physical training that we propose in Health First Studio works and balances aerobic exercises, of force, of toning, strengthening, flexibility, stretching and resistance. We conceive that the conjugation of these activities, always having in it counts the conditions of every person and of his organism; it reaches to an integral well-being of the health of our clients.

We adapt each of these routines for every person, We run the exercises of personal form and we monitor his development and his results.

We prepare and rehabilitate athletes of the elite of all the sports disciplines as the tennis, paddle, cycling, athletics, golf, football, basketball, swimming, between another infinity of sports that our clients practise nowadays and they trusted in our team of professionals.

We design group classes for children from 6 years and for teenagers extracting the maximum profit of his potentials and promoting his skills and his physical development.

In addition, we are employed of individual form at the modality of personalized training, designing a specific routine for every client and accompanying them in every particular class.
