Our mental health retreats offer a unique opportunity for teens and adults (aged 14+) to disconnect from daily pressures and reconnect with themselves in a serene natural setting. Led by our experienced instructor, Manu, these small-group getaways focus on building emotional resilience through activities like cold plunges, mindfulness exercises, and team challenges.
